Healthy Paws Mobile requires 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours OR we arrive for your appointment and no one is home, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to your next trim. We understand that unexpected issues arise, but please give us as much notice as possible so that another pet can take the appointment.
Healthy Paws Mobile will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible, however, sometimes situations occur that will disrupt the daily schedule of the trimmer. This includes traffic, weather and spending more time with an older/younger or difficult pet. Pet safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule.
Healthy Paws Mobile understands that all pets have different comfort levels with nail trims and do all we can to work with pets who need extra time however due to safety, Healthy Paws Mobile is unable to provide service to aggressive pets. Pets who have a bite history will be required to use a muzzle.
Healthy Paws Mobile will take photos of the pets we see to periodically share on our Instagram, Facebook and/or website. If you do not want your pet photographed, please notify the trimmer.
We reserve the right to contact your veterinarian to confirm your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations including Rabies.
