Who We Are

Healthy Paws was founded by Angel Clark, an experienced veterinary assistant who is truly obsessed with dogs. Angel was born and raised in beautiful Olympia, WA. Angel started working with animals in 2014 in a grooming facility where she was responsible for trimming nails for every walk-in client. It was at that time that Angel's hidden talent began to emerge.

How Healthy Paws Was Born

Angel's pet career has taken her from grooming, to helping manage a daycare and boarding facility and of course, one of her most rewarding roles as a veterinary assistant.

While working in a veterinary clinic, Angel had an appointment that was one family with three dogs who all came in for nail trims. One dog had notes on her file that she was very nervous and may need a muzzle due to biting. She was the sweetest dog and was terrified during the entire appointment. Her owners also expressed how she would always get car sick on their way to the clinic. This broke Angel's heart and it made her think...

She realized she could use her talent (and passion) to ensure pets have a happy, positive experience with their nail trims and thought, "Why put a pet through that amount of stress when I could go to them instead?"

Our Van

Customized for nail trimming, our mobile workspace has everything needed to keep your pet safe and comfortable. Healthy Paws Mobile is equipped with professional grooming tools and sanitizes with a concentrated, industrial-strength germicidal used by veterinary clinics and hospitals. Both our tools and the workspace are sanitized after each use.

Healthy Paws Mobile understands that not all pets are able load up into a van or comfortably stand on a grooming table and will work with you to make special accomodations for those pets.
